Supervalu & Primark, Omagh
On-going maintenance
14,000 square feet Supervalu store and metro-style shop in Omagh. General demolition, building pile capping ground beams, drainage, kerbing. Works included carrying out tasks on the main Omagh Street around the general public.
Belfast High School
On-going maintenance
We were involved with works on this project to include the construction of a new freestanding sports hall with associated ancillary accommodation, new synthetic sand dressed hockey pitch with fencing and floodlighting and all associated site works including new car parking areas. Works onsite included site set-up, drainage, footings, blockwork, ground works. We provide on-going contracted maintenance works through BHS directly.
Scoil Ui Mhuiri, Dunleer. Co Louth

The project comprised of a two story extension to provide 26 new teaching spaces. In addition a net increase of 52 on site car parking spaces was provided bringing the total onsite parking provision to 89 spaces along with associated site lighting, pathways, play areas & landscaped site works. Works onsite involved site preparation, demolitions and alterations, road works, trench excavation.
Lagan Valley Leisureplex Internal
Works included refurbishment of Lagan Valley Leisureplex in Lisburn. This entailed part refurbishment to pool areas and soft striping with internal demolition.
Inn House Ltd.
Works for Inn House Ltd. include all general labour work needed, including demolition, groundworks, soft strip, drainage, kerbing etc.
Belfast City Hospital
Site included a 74-bed acute mental health unit and a six-bed psychiatric intensive care unit. Works included all ground works, drainage, footings, road digs.
Donnybrook House, Dublin
Works include internal demolition to existing floor slab and external demolition of tar. Test holes must be taken and pictured throughout. Other works include ground beams, internal and external drainage etc. This job requires BCAR so a progress report must be formed throughout every step of the works.

Works included refurbishment and renovation of home to accommodate disabled resident.
